ALIGNMENT

Prudy has been dedicated to her yoga practice for over 10 years. She originally came to yoga as a way to quiet her mind while strengthening her body. Due to young children, she mainly had a home practice. After COVID, and her sons were older, she joined PRANA Yoga + Wellbeing in 2022 as a student to deepen her practice and to relish in the peace, tranquility, and community of a being in a studio setting. Through her regular practice of yoga, she felt mentally and physically stronger and wanted to delve into the other limbs of yoga in more detail. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2024 at PRANA Yoga + Wellbeing and is thrilled by the opportunity to share the gift of yoga with others.
