Sarah’s yoga practice began in 2018 when she took her very first class at PRANA Yoga + Wellbeing. With a background in dance, she was looking for other ways to move her body. She quickly fell in love with the practice of yoga. She was attracted to the relief of self judgement from getting to be in an environment with no expectations.
In 2023, Sarah completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at PRANA Yoga + Wellbeing. Sarah strives to create an energetically rich class where people can come exactly as they are.
When not practicing yoga, you can find Sarah reading, expressing herself through various creative outlets like painting, dancing or singing, and always enjoying a good cup of coffee.
