Join yoga teacher and studio co-owner Bridget Galli in this special Ropes workshop. Working with the ropes wall can be a playful, challenging, fun way to experience your practice in a new way. With a deep understanding of Iyengar Yoga, Bridget’s emphasis and attention to alignment in yoga ropes enables students to experience poses with greater depth and awareness while minimizing the risk of injury. Ropes assist and allow students to hold poses for longer durations, leading to increased flexibility and strength over time.
Yoga ropes are not just for advanced practitioners but are invaluable tools for individuals with physical limitations. The support they provide can make yoga practice accessible to those recovering from injuries, dealing with limited mobility, or simply looking to ease into more challenging poses gradually.
It is strongly encouraged that you have at least 6 months of consistent yoga practice before attending this workshop.
