We are so grateful for the opportunity to teach the practices of yoga and mindfulness to youth and educators in our community. Our programming aims to foster wellness, health, self-esteem, compassion, and strength and to offer support through trainings, workshops, and classes to educators.

Teen Yoga Series
Book a yoga class or Mindfulness Workshop for a group of educators, parents, students, team, etc.
Schedule a Mindfulness in the Classroom professional development workshop for staff
Hire CVY to implement an after-school program to students and a professional development training for staff
