The New Year is fast approaching, and so we're gearing up for our seventh annual Create Your Vision for the New Year Workshop!
Join April Oquenda at PRANA Yoga + Wellbeing to honor 2024 and welcome 2025. This 2-hour interactive workshop weaves together reflective journaling, meditation, breathing techniques, gentle yoga, and designing an intentional vision for the year ahead.
Please bring a journal, pen, and yoga mat. For those of you who attended this workshop in previous years, please bring your notes from last year. Appropriate for all levels. Stay afterward for tea and socializing.
