Join us for a very special afternoon of Meditation, Yin Yoga, and Sound Bath as we prepare for the season of Winter.
We’ll begin with a meditation on the Winter Solstice and the quiet and stillness it invites. Then, April will guide us through a yin yoga practice while Beth weaves in soothing sounds and vibration that will flow and resonate throughout the room to encourage further relaxation, to help tension melt away, and to invite an inner calm to seep deep within.
Sound Bath includes Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, which can calm and nurture the mind, body, and spirit. Appropriate for all levels.
