Join Bridget and Lisa in a 2-hour workshop that breaks down alignment in poses common for a vinyasa practice, particularly focusing on the vinyasa sequence. The goal of this workshop is to help you find more form in your flow, along with cultivating confidence and exploration in both beginner and advanced flows. We will deepen the breath-to-movement connection, learn how to prevent injury through alignment, and explore adjustments.
