Roll + Release Yoga

SPECIALTY CLASS !

Using Yoga Therapy Balls can help the body release tension, stress, and tightness, and when paired with yoga, it’s a great way to decompress.

In addition to the benefits of applying pressure to sore muscles, this specialty class will also give space for us to practice intentional rest. We will use Yoga Therapy Balls (myofascial release balls) to roll out tension and rejuvenate the body and mind. The specialty class will also include restorative asana and yoga nidra to deeply relax the nervous system.
